A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
Internet connection
What happens
Click the link in your invite email
Set your password
Log in at app.riserlumen.com
You land on your property Dashboard

Add a Screen
Register your display in the platform before pairing it
In the app
Go to Screens in the sidebar
Click Add screen
Give it a name (e.g. "Lobby Left")
Assign a zone or group (optional)
What you get
A 6-character pairing code
A unique player URL for the screen
Screen appears in your screens list as "Pending"

Connect your physical display to the platform

Settings → URL Launcher
Enter the player URL
Enable auto-launch on boot
Any browser device
Open Chrome or Edge
Navigate to the player URL
Enter the 6-character pairing code
Screen shows Online within 30 seconds

Upload Content
Add images, videos, or web URLs to your content library
Supported formats
Images — JPG, PNG, WebP (1920×1080 recommended)
Video — MP4, WebM, MOV (max 500MB)
Web URL — any public HTTPS page

How to upload
Go to Content in the sidebar
Click Upload or drag and drop files
Or use Templates for ready-made layouts
Organise into folders by zone or campaign

Build an ordered loop of content items
Building a playlist
Go to Playlists → New playlist
Give it a name (e.g. "Lobby Welcome")
Add content items from your library
Set duration for each item (in seconds)
Drag to reorder, then Save
Tips
Mix images and videos in one playlist
Create separate playlists per zone (Lobby, F&B, Gym)
Add ad creatives to monetise screen time

Link your playlist to one or more displays
Single screen
Go to Screens
Click the screen name
Select playlist from the dropdown
Screen updates within 30 seconds
Multiple screens (group)
Assign screens to a Zone (e.g. "Lobby")
From Dashboard → Groups panel
Assign playlist to the whole group at once
All screens in that zone update together

Automatically switch playlists by time of day or day of week
Setting up a schedule
Go to Schedule → New schedule
Select a screen or group
Choose a playlist
Set start time, end time, days of week
Example use cases
Breakfast menu 7am–11am
Lunch specials 12pm–3pm
Evening promos 6pm–10pm
Weekend events playlist on Fri–Sun
